Who are we ?

Of French and Italian origin, we discovered Crete in 1989, then young adults, then we came with our children every 3 to 4 years, and it became obvious : realize our dream " mediterranean ", to build an authentic house in local stones, which would be called " Masseria Falasarna ".

Masseria Falasarna … agricultural dream : the villa is located in the middle of Koreneiki type olive groves, which produce the green gold of the Cretans, the famous extra virgin olive oil of Crete. We carry out a small production with our 50 olive trees, but above all select the best vintages to export them to Europe.

Masseria Falasarna … construction dream : among the different peoples who have passed through the island, there is one who has left magnificent architectural traces, the Venetians, of whom the city Chania has kept the most beautiful homes...we were inspired by them and had them built exclusively in local stone, giving our Masseria the feeling that it has always been there...

Masseria Falasarna … touristic dream : it is located on a hill overlooking the extraordinary beach of Falasarna, one of the most remarkable in the whole Mediterranean. Its extremely clear waters and shades of blue will enchant you. Its west-facing position allows it to have a spectacular sunset. The lagoons of Balos and Elafonisi are within driving distance, as well as the region's capital, the city of Chania.

Masseria Falasarna …dream of well-being : far from the tourist bustle, calm, luxury and voluptuousness…and above all the famous Cretan diet, made with local products not from intensive agriculture.
